Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings > Subscription at any time. You keep Plus features until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do I lose my books if I downgrade?
Never. All your books, shelves, reading history, and data are preserved. Plus features like extra shelves are simply locked until you resubscribe.
I have more than four shelves. Do I lose them when I import?
No. Import brings in every shelf and every book on it, whatever plan you are on, and nothing is ever deleted. On the free plan the four largest shelves stay active for adding new books; the rest stay on your Bookshelf to browse, and you can change which four are active whenever you like. Plus opens all of them at once.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, and other methods through Mollie, an EU-based payment provider. All transactions are in EUR.
Do I have to pay to use Minibieb?
No. All core features are free, with no credit card required. You can use Minibieb for as long as you want before deciding if Plus is worth it for you.
